La OST se puede describir muy fácilmente con dos palabras, dark y ambiental, para algunos demasiado dark(posiblemente gracias a Hirota), lo que haya hecho que no haya calado tanto como otros trabajos de Mitsuda.

Pero es que la OST tiene que unir ligada al juego, y Shadow Hearts tiene ese estilo, por lo tanto es la OST adecuada guste o no.

La primera parte del primer CD tiene bastantes temas orientales ya que el juego transcurre sus primeras horas en el lejano oriente, Sea- Highnoon Fish o Shangai mood son maravillas para mi, los influencias asiaticas siempre me han gustado( junto a las celtas) con locura.

La última parte del CD es mucho más dark gracias a temas como Bloody Kitchens o Sacrifice Alice.

Y con el segundo CD llegamos a Europa, incluso más dark que el primero, y también se incluyen algunos temas como But-Dad-Dead-Bed o Don`t cry my vampire que son bastante tristes.  Este CD tambien incluye las canciones de batalla, destacando sobre todo a Demon's Gig, suena en la batalla contra el jefazo de turno.

La OST practicamente acaba con el tema del ending, una cancion vocal de una calidad muy alta.

Resumiendo si os gusta el estilo es muy recomendable y si no, dadle una oportunidad, al fin y al cabo es mitsuda.
Una de mis mayores sorpresas de esta generación.
